OUR GUARANTEED RENTAL FORMULA

An industry first for South Africa! You the landlord get paid your rental on the 1st of every month - regardless of whether the tenant has paid or not. In fact you will not even know that the tenant is behind on his rental!
 
So how does this work?
 
Quite simply, the rental is insured - but not by you - by us. Now there are other companies out there trying to compete by also offering insured rental - but here’s the hitch. With other products you do not get paid your rent up front. You first suffer the consequences of reduced cash flow - then when they are in default for a certain amount of months you may put in a claim.
 
Then there is the waiting period and all the typical red tape around getting the claim paid out.
 
Compare that nightmare to our solution - we insure - we carry the risk and deal with the claim process if need be. You just get paid out - month after month - regularly on the first.
